The sugar cookie lotus drink is a yummy blend of vanilla, almond, coconut milk, and white lotus. We wanted to have a creamy drink that resembles a delicious holiday sugar cookie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The vanilla and almond flavors are the primary flavor profiles in any sugar cookie recipe. We used the white lotus base because it has the lightest flavors out of all the lotus concentrates. We found that adding in a good amount of almond in with the vanilla helped overpower the light berry flavor of the white lotus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The coconut milk adds a delicious creamy texture and flavor into the drink. You can try adding cream or half and half if you wish. However, the dairy based creamers can separate a small amount in Lotus drinks. The coconut milk was the best option we found for a creamer in this recipe.<\/p>\n\n\n

You can lower the sugar content of this drink by switching to sugar free syrups. Unfortunately there isn’t a lower sugar option available yet for the White Lotus concentrate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This drink would be delicious as a blended drink! Just put all of the ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and top with a swirl of whipping cream. (bonus points if you add sprinkles on top!) <\/p>\n\n\n\n
