The blue pineapple lotus is a delicious drink with pineapple, orange juice, and the blue lotus energy concentrate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This drink is not only delicious, it’s also so pretty and fun for summertime! We used the blue lotus as a base for this drink. The blue lotus pairs really well with citrus flavors like orange and lemon. It also makes really fun colors because of its bright blue hue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding orange juice into lotus not only makes it tastes great, it also tends to add a nice layer to the drink. The orange juice is a lower sugar concentrate than the syrups. When layering drinks, knowing the sugar content is key. High sugar liquids like syrups will sink straight to the bottom. Lower sugar liquids like juices will stay at the top. <\/p>\n\n\n

This drink tastes great blended. However, you will lose the layered look if you blend it together. Simply add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Top it with whipping cream and a garnish of your choice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  4. Club Soda<\/li>

    Pump Blue Lotus Energy Concentrate into cup (we used a 16 oz cup for this drink)<\/p>\n\n\n

    Add orange juice into drink (pour slowly and gently if you want to maintain the layers)<\/p>\n\n\n

    Gently stir the lotus agitating the bottom layer. This will gently mix the syrup and lotus in without ruining the top layer of orange juice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
