The Strawberry Shortcake Lotus is a delicious blend of strawberry, french vanilla, almond, vanilla sweet cream cold foam, and a white lotus base concentrate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We wanted to create a drink that resembled the delicious dessert Strawberry shortcake! It’s almost springtime here in beautiful Washington state. Strawberries and Shortcake go hand in hand here every spring. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We used a blend that closely resembles the flavors of a cake. The strawberry is the main flavor of the drink, then we did a small amount of french vanilla and almond to bring in the cake flavor. So good! Add some vanilla sweet cream cold foam and you have an absolutely delicious drink. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The White Lotus concentrate is our favorite lotus concentrate to make new flavors with. The white lotus has a light berry taste that compliments most of the Syrups and mixers. <\/p>\n\n\n

We topped this decadent drink with a swirl of whipping cream and some fresh strawberry sauce. This is currently our favorite Lotus drink. It’s absolutely delicious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients for Strawberry Shortcake Lotus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  2. Strawberry Torani Syrup <\/a><\/li>
  3. French Vanilla Torani Syrup<\/a> <\/li>
  4. Almond Torani Syrup<\/a><\/li>
  5. Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam<\/li>
  6. Club Soda<\/li>
  7. Ice<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Pump in the White Lotus Concentrate into the cup (We used a 16 oz cup for this drink)<\/p>\n\n\n

    Stir Lotus drink really well to combine the club soda, concentrate, and syrups<\/p>\n\n\n

    Top the lotus drink with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. This is an optional ingredient, but it makes the drink so delicious and creamy. If you don’t have the supplies on hand to make the cold foam, coconut milk also works great in this drink. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
