The purple pineapple lotus drink is a delicious blend of kiwi, pineapple, and the purple lotus energy base.
This drink is deceiving when you look at the color and then taste the drink. It tastes like a purple Island drink. The pineapple and kiwi are a yummy combination.
We used the purple lotus base for this drink because it has exotic berry flavors. The Acai berry comes out in the flavor, along with the elderberry. Absolutely delicious and mixes great with the mellower fruit flavors.
You can blend this drink for a beautiful icy light purple beverage. Simply pop all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with a swirl of whipping cream with fresh fruit.
Ingredients for the Purple Pineapple Lotus Drink:
Pump purple lotus energy concentrate into cup (we used a 16 oz cup)
Add in Kiwi Torani Syrup into cup
Pump pineapple torani syrup into cup
Pour club soda and ice into lotus drink. Leave room at the top if adding in cream
Stir drink really well and enjoy! You can top it with a swirl of whipping cream and garnish with fresh kiwi’s and pineapple slices.
