The pretty in pink lotus drink is a gorgeous blend of strawberry, coconut, pink lotus and coconut milk.
This drink has island and summer flavors all wrapped into one. We also love how the fresh fruit looks in this drink. Strawberry Purée would be an amazing addition to this drink.
For the cream we used coconut milk because it blends really well in this drink. (just remember to shake it really well before adding to drink) You can use a dairy based creamer, but it might separate in the drink a little bit. The plant based creamers don’t separate out in the Lotus concentrate drinks.
We used the Pink lotus concentrate because it has light berry flavors that work well with strawberry. And bonus! The pink color is gorgeous!
This would also be a fantastic drink to try blended. Just pop all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Top with a swirl of whipping cream and some strawberry purée down the sides of the cup and on top of the whipping cream for a super decadent drink.
Ingredients for Pretty in Pink Lotus Drink:
Pump pink lotus into cup (we used a 16 oz cup)
Add in strawberry torani syrup
Pump the coconut torani syrup into cup
Add club soda and ice (leave room for coconut milk)
Stir drink really well before adding coconut milk
Shake coconut milk really well and pour it over the top of the lotus drink. Leave a little room if you want to add fresh cut strawberries into drink.
