Sunrise lotus drink

The Lotus Sunrise drink is a beautiful blend of vanilla and strawberry flavors and topped with a splash of orange juice.

We used the pink lotus for this drink. The pink lotus has light berry flavors that pair really well with strawberry. The french vanilla adds a creamy and decadent flavor. The orange juice helps give the drink a slight tang as well as a gorgeous gradient layered drink.

Most lotus drinks taste really well when topped with cream. For this drink you might want to hold off on the cream. It mutes the flavors a bit and can interfere with the beautiful layers. If you want to top it with cream, we recommend coconut milk for easy blending.

You can also make this drink blended by adding all of the ingredients into a blender and blending until smooth. Top with a swirl of whipping cream and you have a gorgeous drink (the layers won’t stay if you blend it)
