The Raspberry blush lotus drink is a decadent blend of white peach, raspberry, with a pink lotus energy concentrate base.
This drink is a beautiful pink drink, we topped it with whipping cream and sprinkles for a yummy treat! A drizzle of raspberry purée would also make a beautiful addition to this lotus drink.
You can blend this drink for a gorgeous light pink blended lotus. Just add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Top with the whipping cream and sprinkles if desired.
We used the pink lotus energy base for this drink. But we have also tried the raspberry and white peach with purple lotus and it is also very yummy!
This one is easy to make lower calorie and lower sugar. Just swap the syrups out for sugar free versions. Use the Skinny Pink Lotus as a base instead of the regular Pink Lotus. Add coconut milk for creamer if desired.
Ingredients for Raspberry Blush Lotus:
Pump Pink Lotus Concentrate into cup (we used a 16 oz cup)
Add in the raspberry Torani syrup
Next, add in the Monin White Peach Syrup
Fill cup with club soda and ice (leave room at the top for cream if desired)
Stir drink really well and enjoy! We topped ours with a swirl of whipping cream and some cute sprinkles.

- 3 pumps Pink Lotus Energy Drink (1/2 oz pump)
- 1.5 pumps Raspberry Torani Syrup (1/4 oz pump)
- 1.5 pumps White Peach Monin Syrup (1/4 oz pump)
- 10 oz Club Soda
- Ice
- Optional: Whipping cream and sprinkles
Instructions
- Add Pink Lotus Energy Concentrate to cup
- Add in Raspberry Torani syrup
- Add in White Peach Monin syrup
- Pour ice and club soda
- Stir really well
- Garnish with whipping cream and sprinkles
Notes
If you wish to bring down the sugar content you can opt for sugar free syrups from Torani and Monin. You can also use the skinny pink lotus concentrate.
You can make this drink vegan by using non dairy creamers and omitting the whipping cream on top.
