The Cherry Guava lotus recipe is a blend of cherry, guava, and red lotus. This drink has both fruity and floral flavors.
Guava is a super popular flavor lately. It pairs really well with lots of different fruit flavors. The guava fruit originates from Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, and South America. It has a flavor with fruit and floral notes. The guava fruit is often described as a cross between a strawberry and a pear.
Cherry is a great flavor pairing for Guava and adds a nice warm cherry flavor to this drink. The Red Lotus is a blend of flavors that mimic darker berry fruits. It’s a really nice base for this drink and adds a rich flavor profile.
You can add cream to this drink if you want to give this drink a creamier flavor blend. Coconut milk is a great option for adding a creamy taste. If you shake it really well it mixes into the drinks without separating. Another popular option is half and half or heavy whipping cream. However, the dairy based creamers will slightly separate into the drink.
