The Lavender Pear lotus drink is one of our favorites. This drink is a light blend of pear, lavender, and white lotus concentrate.
If you love lavender flavors, you have to try this drink! We used pear to accompany it since they go really well together in desserts. The white lotus energy concentrate was a good base pairing since it has lighter flavors that don’t overwhelm the drink.
We have not tried adding cream into this drink, that may be a good option if you want to make a creamier flavor. Almond milk would be a delicious addition. Just make sure to shake it really well before adding it into the drink.
Lavender Pear Lotus Ingredients:
- White Lotus Energy Concentrate
- Lavender Torani Syrup
- Monin Pear Syrup
- Club Soda
- Ice
- Fresh pears for garnish (optional)
Pump white lotus concentrate into cup (we used a 16 oz cup)
Pump in Lavender Torani syrup
Add in the Monin Pear Syrup
Fill cup up with club soda and ice (leave room for cream if desired)
Stir drink really well and enjoy!

This drink would be delicious blended! Just add all of the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Top with a swirl of whipping cream. Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender and a slice or two of fresh pears.

Ingredients
- 3 pumps White Lotus Energy Drink (1/2 oz pump)
- 1.5 pumps Lavender Torani Syrup (1/4 oz pump)
- 1.5 Pumps Pear Monin Syrup (1/4 oz pump)
- 10 oz Club Soda
- Ice
- Optional: add half and half with whipping cream to top
Instructions
- Add white lotus to cup
- Add in Lavender torani syrup
- Add in Pear Monin syrup
- Pour ice and club soda (leave space if adding in cream)
- optional add half and half and garnish with whipping cream
Notes
If you wish to bring down the sugar content you can opt for sugar free syrups from Torani and Monin
You can make this drink vegan by using non dairy creamers and omitting the whipping cream on top.
This drink contains around 120 mg of caffeine
