The Back to the Fuchsia lotus drink is a favorite! It is a blend of berry and melon flavors with a pink lotus base.
The blackberry and watermelon might seem like an odd flavor pairing, but we promise you it is so good! The result is a drink that starts off with the deep sweet blackberry flavor but quickly transitions into the light watermelon flavor at the end.
The pink lotus is a great option for this drink because of the light berry flavor. The red lotus would also be yummy with this. However, the red lotus might make this drink a little rich on the berry flavoring.
You can add cream into this drink. If you use a dairy based creamer, it may separate in the drink a little bit. We find that this happens when we add heavy cream or half and half. If you don’t want the separation, coconut milk or another plant based creamer is a great option.
Ingredients for Back to the Fuchsia Lotus:
Pump pink lotus concentrate into cup (we used a 16 oz cup)
Add in the blackberry torani syrup
Next add the watermelon torani syrup
Add in the ice and club soda
Stir drink well (leave room for cream if desired) Enjoy!

Make this drink a low sugar drink by swapping out the syrups for sugar free options. You can also use the “skinny pink lotus” as a base instead of the original full sugar concentrate.

- 3 pumps Pink Lotus Energy Drink (1/2 oz pump)
- 1.5 pumps Watermelon Torani Syrup (1/4 oz pump)
- 1.5 pumps Blackberry Torani Syrup (1/4 oz pump)
- 10 oz Club Soda
- Ice
- Optional: Whipping cream and fresh blackberries for garnish
Instructions
- Add Pink Lotus Energy Concentrate to cup
- Add in Watermelon Torani syrup
- Add in Blackberry Torani syrup
- Pour ice and club soda
- Stir really well
- Garnish with whipping cream and fresh blackberries
Notes
If you wish to bring down the sugar content you can opt for sugar free syrups from Torani.
You can make this drink vegan by using non dairy creamers and omitting the whipping cream on top.
