The green apple jolly rancher lotus is definitely a favorite! This delicious drink has green apple, lime, and a splash of sweet and sour.
The base that we used for this drink was the White Lotus Concentrate. We like using the white lotus when we really want the drink flavors to pop. The white lotus has a very subtle flavor compared to the blue or red lotus concentrate.
We used the Green Apple Jolly Rancher Cocktail recipe from Homemade Food Junkie to inspire out ingredients. The sweet and sour mix is a crucial ingredient for adding the little bit of tang to this drink.
The green apple torani syrup has really bright green apple flavors, but we needed to tone down the sweetness by adding in the lime and sweet and sour. We love the result!
If you want to make this drink with less sugar, switch to sugar free syrups. Unfortunately the White Lotus doesn’t have a lower sugar option yet. However, you can get sugar free in the torani syrups and the sweet and sour mix.
Ingredients for Green Apple Jolly Rancher Lotus
Pump white lotus concentrate into cup (we used a 16 oz cup)
Add in the green apple torani syrup
Add the lime torani syrup
Pour in the sweet and sour mix
Add in ice to the top of the cup
Pour in some club soda (leave room for cream if desired)
Stir really well and enjoy!

You can add cream into this drink if you wish (although it might tone down the green apple flavor profile). The dairy based creamers do tent to separate in the drinks a little bit. You can switch to dairy free creamers to avoid this. Or use the Lotus Super cream to mix in the drink.

You can make this drink vegan by using non dairy creamers and omitting the whipping cream on top.
