The Watermelon wave lotus drink is a delicious blend of watermelon and lime flavors. This allows for a sweet tart flavor combination that is incredibly delicious!
We used white lotus concentrate for this drink as the base. We also tried it with the red lotus and that was also delicious but with more of a berry flavor. The white lotus lets the pink watermelon color come out in the drink. It also allows the watermelon and lime flavoring pop a little more.
You can easily bring the sugar content of this drink down by swapping out the syrups for sugar free. Currently there isn’t a sugar free version of the white lotus concentrate available. However, the red lotus does have a sugar free version that you can swap in.
You can also add cream to this drink if you would like a creamier taste (although we have not tried cream in it) If you use a dairy based creamer they do tend to separate in the drink. If you use a plant based cream then the it will mix in to the drink more smoothly.
Ingredients
Pump White lotus energy concentrate into cup
Add in Watermelon Torani Syrup
Add in Lime Torani Syrup
Pour in Ice and Club soda
Stir together and enjoy!

- 3 pumps White Lotus Energy Drink (1/2 oz pump)
- 2 pumps Watermelon Torani Syrup (1/4 oz pump)
- 1 pump Lime Torani Syrup (1/4 oz pump)
- 10 oz Club Soda
- Ice
- Optional: add half and half with whipping cream to top
Instructions
- Add white lotus to cup
- Add in watermelon torani syrup
- Add in Lime Torani syrup
- Pour ice and club soda (leave space if adding in cream)
- optional add half and half and garnish with whipping cream
Notes
If you wish to bring down the sugar content you can opt for sugar free syrups from Torani
You can make this drink vegan by using non dairy creamers and omitting the whipping cream on top.
This drink contains around 120 mg of caffeine
