We used Torani watermelon syrup to add the watermelon flavor into the drink. You can use a sugar free syrup or a more natural syrup if you would like to avoid excess artificial flavoring and sugar. The sugar free Torani is a great option combined with the skinny blue lotus concentrate.
This drink is very easy to customize. You can blend it and make it a beautiful purple slushy. There is also an option to add cream into the drink for a light creamy purple drink. We have found that dairy based cream slightly separates when added to the lotus drinks. A dairy free creamer should mix in smoothly without any separation.

We made our drink into 16 oz drink. If you want more caffeine you can easily size up and add more pumps of lotus into your drink. A serving of lotus is the equivalent of one cup of coffee, around 80 mg of caffeine.

- Watermelon Torani Syrup
- Club Soda
- Optional cream or dairy free creamer
Pump blue lotus into cup
Add Torani Watermelon Syrup into the cup
Add club soda and ice into glass, stir and enjoy!

- 10 oz Club Soda
- Optional: add half and half with whipping cream to top
