Blackberry Vanilla Lotus Drink Recipe

blackberry vanilla lotus drink

The blackberry vanilla lotus drink features a blend of white lotus energy concentrate, blackberry and vanilla flavors.

You can add half and half to this drink to make it a creamier blend of flavors. If you want a vegan option you can use almond milk or oat milk instead of a dairy option.

The white lotus flavor takes a backseat and allows the creamy flavors of the blackberry and vanilla to come forward.

If you omit the cream completely you still have a delicious drink with bright flavor profiles coming through. This drink is simple enough to make at home. Or you can ask your favorite local barista to whip it up for you at the coffee stand!

You may add half and half to the drink and top with whipped cream if you wish. The cream does seem to separate a small amount in the drink. So if you don’t like the look and texture of separated cream, then I would just omit adding the cream. A dairy free creamer will not separate in the drink.
