Key Lime Pie Lotus Drink

key lime pie lotus drink

The key lime pie lotus drink will have all the key lime lovers captivated. It’s a yummy blend of lime, french vanilla, coconut, pineapple, and white lotus.

Key lime is that classic summer flavor that we all know and love. We messed around with the flavor combinations quite a bit until we nailed it!

We used the traditional flavors of a key lime pie, and we also looked at some key lime martini recipes and mimicked the ingredients that they use in the cocktails. Minus the alcohol of course!

To top our drink we used a swirl of whipping cream and sprinkled on some crushed graham cracker crumbs. You can add some cream into this drink to make a creamy lime flavor. Use coconut milk and it will help keep that coconut flavor in the drink without toning it down too much.
