The Sour Apple Lotus drink is a sweet-tart blend of green apple, sweet and sour, with a white lotus energy base.
This drink is easy to whip together and so delicious. We use the sweet and sour mix to add the tart flavor into the drink. If you haven’t tried using sweet and sour mix in Lotus drinks, give it a shot! It really pulls the flavor together and makes it so yummy!
The green apple Torani syrup has a bright apple flavor. Very similar to green apple jolly ranchers. We love using it with Lotus drinks.
The drink has a White Lotus base. The white lotus does not overwhelm the flavors of the drink. It takes a back seat while the bright green apple sweet and tart flavors come forward. Add a shot of power up and you have a delicious and energizing drink.

Ingredients for Sour Apple Lotus Drink:

Pump the white lotus energy concentrate into cup (we used a 16 oz cup for this drink)

Next, add in the Green Apple Torani syrup

Pour in the sweet and sour mix

Fill the cup with ice and pour in the club soda.

Stir drink really well until all of the syrup are combined.
You may add cream to this drink. We prefer it without any creamers because they tone down the bright flavors a little too much for our taste. The sweet and sour really stands out when this drink is left without any creamer.
