Gummy Bear Lotus Drink

gummy bear lotus drink

The Gummy Bear lotus drink is a delicious blend of raspberry, white peach, sweet and sour, with white energy concentrate.

We use the white energy concentrate when trying to create a very specific flavor profile for a drink. We find that the white energy concentrate doesn’t have as much overpowering flavor compared to the blue or red lotus.

The sweet and sour mix adds in a delicious tang to the drink that helps counterbalance the sweetness of the raspberry and white peach syrups.

If you want to lower the sugar content of the drink, you can switch to sugar free syrups and sugar free sweet and sour. At this time the White Energy concentrate does not have a lower sugar option available.

More Delicious Lotus Drinks:

If you want to add cream into this drink it’s a great option. It may mute the flavor profiles a little bit. If you use a dairy based creamer (half and half, heavy cream etc.) the cream may separate a little bit in the drink. Dairy free creamers are a great option that won’t separate.

I am going to use your Amazon link to purchase my Monin syrups.
Dumb question, but I am new with this! I have16 oz, 20 oz, 24 oz, and 32 oz cups. I know the 32 I would just double the recipe but what do you recommend for the 20 oz and 24 oz?

    1. Hello! Thank you so much! We are so happy to hear you are enjoying the recipes. For the 20 I would do 3 1/2 pumps of Lotus and for the 24 oz do 4 pumps of Lotus. Hope that helps! Thank you so much for your encouraging comment.
