The Pina Colada Lotus drink is a blended drink with pineapple, coconut, cream of coconut, and the white lotus concentrate.
If you love traditional pina colada’s, you will love this drink! We added cream of coconut into the drink for the traditional taste of the pina colada. We also used the white lotus concentrate for the base because it has a really light flavor profile.
Blending this drink is key if you want the drink to mirror the original drink. We blended all of the ingredients together until we had a smoothie like consistency. Top with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry for a beautifully garnished display.
Ingredients for Pina Colada Lotus Drink:
- White Lotus Energy Concentrate
- Pineapple Torani Syrup
- Coconut Torani Syrup
- Cream of Coconut

Pump the white lotus concentrate into cup (we used a 16 oz cup)
Add cream of coconut into cup
Add in pineapple torani syrup
Pump in the coconut torani syrup
Fill to the top with club soda and ice
Blend until smooth
Pour drink back into cup, garnish and enjoy!
You can bring the sugar content of this drink down by using sugar free torani syrups. The white lotus is not currently available in a lower sugar concentrate. The cream of coconut is also high in sugar, you may want to omit that if you want to limit the sugar.
