Blackberry Pomegranate Lotus Drink

Blackberry Pomegranate Lotus

The Blackberry Pomegranate Lotus drink is a luscious combination of blackberry, pomegranate and the ruby red cascara lotus.

The deep and rich flavors of blackberry and pomegranate are often mixed together in delicious drink combinations. We had a feeling that these flavors would be delicious in a Lotus drink and we were not disappointed!

We used the Ruby Red Cascara Lotus as a base for this drink. The Ruby Red Cascara has a really deep and rich berry flavor. This works great with the berry syrups.

You can easily blend this drink for a delicious smoothie like beverage. Simply pop all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add a swirl of whipping cream on top and garnish with fresh blackberries and pomegranate seeds.

If you wish to bring the sugar content of this drink down you can switch to sugar free torani syrups. Unfortunately there isn’t an option for a lower calorie Ruby Red Cascara lotus at this time. You can try using the skinny red lotus, but we have not tried those flavors together yet.

If you want to add creamer into this drink, we recommend adding coconut milk. Shake the coconut milk really well and add it as topper to the lotus drink. Just make sure you leave enough room when pouring the club soda!
