The strawberry tart lotus is a yummy blend of strawberry and lemon with a ruby red cascara lotus energy base.
This drink is reminiscent of a strawberry lemonade drink. The sweet strawberry flavors mixed with the tangy lemon is a perfect summertime blend.
We used the ruby red cascara lotus as a base for this drink. The red lotus is also a tasty addition to this lotus drink.
You can blend this drink by adding all ingredients into a blender and puréeing until smooth. Top with a swirl of whipping cream and some fresh cut strawberries for a delicious treat.
Ingredients for Strawberry Tart Lotus
Pump ruby red cascara into cup (we used a 16 oz cup for this lotus drink)
Add strawberry torani syrup into cup
Add lemon torani syrup into cup
Add club soda and ice into cup (leave room at for cream if desired)
Stir drink really well and enjoy! You can add cream in if you wish. We like to use coconut milk for Lotus drinks to avoid any curdling or separation. Oat milk is also a great option for these drinks. Just shake really well before adding it in.

- 3 pumps Ruby Red Cascara Lotus Energy Drink (1/2 oz pump)
- 1.5 pumps Strawberry Torani Syrup (1/4 oz pump)
- 1.5 pumps Lemon Torani Syrup (1/4 oz pump)
- 10 oz Club Soda
- Ice
- Optional: Whipping cream and fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Add Ruby Red Cascara Lotus Energy Concentrate to cup
- Add in Strawberry Torani syrup
- Add in Lemon Torani syrup
- Pour ice and club soda
- Stir really well
- Garnish with whipping cream and fresh strawberries
Notes
If you wish to bring down the sugar content you can opt for sugar free syrups from Torani.
You can make this drink vegan by using non dairy creamers and omitting the whipping cream on top.
