The Cherry Berry Lotus drink is a fantastic blend of cherry and berry flavors! This drink has cherry, raspberry, and purple lotus.

Cherry and raspberry go together like two peas in a pod! We loved this drink flavor. It’s a really great choice if you love light berry flavors.

The purple lotus has lots of flavor from darker berries. It has black raspberry powder and acai powder in it. This lotus base makes a great flavor choice to pair with berry syrups.

This drink is fantastic with coconut milk as a topper. Simply shake the coconut milk (or froth it with a milk frother) and pour gently over the top of the drink. Just make sure you are leaving room at the top for cream!

You can blend this drink and make a beautiful deep pink drink. Just add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Top it with coconut milk and fresh berry purée.

Ingredients for Cherry Berry Lotus

  1. Purple Lotus Energy Concentrate
  2. Raspberry Torani Syrup
  3. Cherry Torani Syrup
  4. Club Soda
  5. Ice

Pump purple energy concentrate into cup (we used a 16 oz cup)

Add cherry torani syrup into cup

add in ice and club soda

Pour in ice and club soda. Leave room at the top for coconut milk for creamer if desired.

If you want a lower calorie and lower sugar drink, you can switch to the skinny purple lotus concentrate. You can also swap out the Torani syrups for sugar free options. If you use coconut milk for creamer you have a low sugar, low calorie drink!

Ingredients

  • 3 pumps Purple Lotus Energy Drink (1/2 oz pump)
  • 1.5 pumps Raspberry Torani Syrup (1/4 oz pump)
  • 1.5 pumps Cherry Torani Syrup (1/4 oz pump)
  • 10 oz Club Soda
  • Ice
  • Optional: add coconut milk and whipping cream to top with some berry purée

Instructions

  1. Add Purple Lotus Energy Concentrate to cup
  2. Add in Raspberry Torani syrup
  3. Add in Cherry Torani syrup
  4. Pour ice and club soda (leave space if adding in coconut milk)
  5. Stir and Enjoy!
  6. Garnish with whipping cream and some fresh berry purée

Notes

If you wish to bring down the sugar content you can opt for sugar free syrups from Torani.

You can make this drink vegan by using non dairy creamers and omitting the whipping cream on top.
