The vanilla pear lotus drink is a yummy combination of two flavors with white lotus. This drink has a decadent dessert flavor.
This drink is a beautiful clear liquid with the white base. We chose the white base concentrate because it has less overpowering flavors than the blue or red lotus concentrate.
The combination of the vanilla and pear together makes this drink tastes like a poached pear dessert. Very yummy!
We haven’t experimented with adding cream into this drink yet. Although it would probably taste delicious! If you want to add cream you can add half and half. Just leave a little extra room at the top of the drink. The dairy based creamers can separate a small amount in the drinks. To avoid that you can try a dairy free creamer alternative like Almond milk. (Vanilla almond milk would probably be outstanding in this drink)

If you are watching your sugar intake, a great way to enjoy these drinks is to switch to sugar free syrups. There isn’t a low sugar option for the white energy concentrate yet. But you can lower the overall sugar by using sugar free torani or monin syrup.
