The pot of gold lotus drink is a striking green energy drink with green apple, kiwi, peach, and blue lotus with edible gold glitter.
We created this drink as a fun addition to St Patricks day beverages. However, you can enjoy this tasty lotus drink any day of the year! To make it even more fun we used a little bit of edible gold glitter. The glitter swirls around in the cup while you drink it. So fun!
The Blue Lotus base is great for making beautiful green drinks. We have found that the blue lotus energy concentrate has a bright berry flavor with blackberry and blueberry notes.
To dress this drink up you can add a nice swirl of whipping cream on top. For creamer we like to use coconut milk. It adds a rich creamy flavor and texture to the lotus drink.
Ingredients for Pot of Gold Lotus:
- Blue Lotus Energy Concentrate
- Green Apple Torani Syrup
- Kiwi Torani Syrup
- Peach Torani Syrup
- Edible Gold Glitter (optional)
Pump in the blue lotus energy concentrate (we used a 16 oz cup for this drink)
Add in the Kiwi Torani Syrup
Next add the green apple torani syrup into the cup
Pump in the peach torani syrup
Pour in club soda and ice (leave room at the top if adding in creamer)
Finally add in edible gold glitter and stir drink really well. Top with whipping cream swirl and sprinkles for a yummy and decadent drink.
You can blend this drink by adding all of the ingredients into the blender and puréeing until smooth. The edible glitter might not distribute throughout the drink quite as well. You can add it to the whipping cream swirl by sprinkling it on top.

- Add in kiwi torani syrup
- Add green apple torani syrup
- Add peach torani syrup
- Sprinkle in edible glitter (if desired)
- Pour ice and club soda
- Stir drink to mix syrups and lotus together
- optional blend and garnish with whipping cream
If you wish to bring down the sugar content you can opt for sugar free syrups from Torani
You can make this drink vegan by using non dairy creamers and omitting the whipping cream on top.
