The Surfside Lotus drink is summer in a cup! This yummy beverage is a blend of lime, blue raspberry, and pineapple with a blue lotus base.
If you are looking for a drink with bright and summery flavors this is it! The blue raspberry is toned down by the sweet pineapple flavor. The lime syrup adds the perfect amount of tangy zest into the drink.
We used the white lotus energy concentrate as a base for this drink. It’s a great addition to a lotus drink that already has bright flavors. The white lotus has a light berry flavor and doesn’t overwhelm the 3 other flavors.
Ingredients for Surfside Lotus Drink:
- White Lotus Energy Concentrate
- Lime Torani Syrup
- Blue Raspberry Torani Syrup
- Pineapple Torani Syrup
- Club Soda
Pump the White Lotus Energy Concentrate into the cup (we used a 16 oz cup for this drink)
Pump in the Blue Raspberry Torani syrup
Add in the pineapple Torani syrup
Next, add in the Lime Torani Syrup
Fill cup with club soda and ice (leave room at the top if adding in cream)
Stir drink really well and enjoy!
This drink is delicious as a blended beverage. To make it blended, simply add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Top with a swirl of whipping cream and some sprinkles.
You can lower the calorie and sugar count of this lotus by using sugar free Torani syrups. The White lotus does not come in a lower sugar version yet. Hopefully soon!

- 3 pumps White Lotus Energy Drink (1/2 oz pump)

You can make this drink vegan by using non dairy creamers and omitting the whipping cream on top.
